Complete the form below to register your athlete for the Universal Youth Championship. All divisions welcome — ages 8 through 18.

Athletes must be 8–18 years old as of May 8, 2027.
One submission per athlete. Relay entries are $10 each (billed separately).
A parent or guardian must be listed as emergency contact for athletes under 18.
Registrations are subject to approval. You will be contacted to confirm.
